3) Have the Near Ear Brand represent safety and simplicity, never evolving into anything overly complex. The simpler it is, the easier for the public to adapt it as a reflex action, just as they do when they buckle up their seat belts.
4) Create an International Traffic Symbol for the Near Ear to be placed on traffic signs at crossings, intersections and other applicable locations.
